  • Puppies or adult dogs who are shy, sensitive, or unsure in new settings

  • Rescue dogs learning to build trust and confidence

  • Owners looking for fun, low-pressure ways to bond with their dog

  • Dogs new to agility or enrichment activities

This course is designed to help dogs feel braver in their bodies and more confident in new environments. Through low-impact agility games and positive reinforcement, we focus on building trust, independence, and joy - step by step, at your dog’s pace.

  • We begin with trust-building games and gentle exposure to beginner agility elements.

    • Engagement games: Name Game, Touch, Follow Me

    • Introduce simple equipment: ground poles and open tunnels

    • Reward curiosity: every sniff, glance or interaction is celebrated

Focus: Create a calm, fun environment where dogs can explore safely

  • Your dog begins to move more freely and bravely.

    • We try wobble boards and low step-over jumps

    • Use shaping techniques to encourage exploration and confidence

    • Begin short 2–3 equipment sequences

Focus: Celebrate bravery and choice over “perfect” performance

  • Dogs are encouraged to make their own choices and solve simple agility puzzles.

    • Equipment includes pause boxes, low A-frames, and textured surfaces

    • Games like “find the mat” and “choose the tunnel” build independence

Focus: Promote resilience, independence and curiosity in new scenarios

  • We finish with a confidence-boosting course run and graduation celebration.

    • Run through favourite activities and reinforce new skills

    • Time for questions and feedback from owners

    • Each dog receives a “Brave Explorer” certificate to honour their growth

    Focus: Celebrate progress, not perfection
